Select the photo by tapping on the image in the Collection or Series pages. You will be directed to a Table Configuration page with the images you wish to order in the main window. Choose the size of the table and table leg design. When you’re ready to complete your order click “submit” at bottom of the page. Your order will be reviewed by our team immediately and you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
If you wish to provide us with your image or have a custom size or table leg idea, please contact us through the “customize” window. We will guide you through the process and help you design the perfect table.
The suitability of the file format depends on whether you intend to submit your image by email, FTP or by mail. As a general rule, JPEG files are best if submitting by email or uploading, while TIFF files are best if submitting by FTP or on CD or DVD. JPEG files are lossy, meaning that when they compress image data, they throw some of it away. When a JPEG file is uncompressed, it does not always duplicate the original data exactly. TIFF files are lossless, meaning they do not throw away data when compressing. The result is that TIFF files are much larger than JPEG files, but they preserve every pixel that was in the original. We will help you in this process and provide you with instructions for image file transfer.
Yes, you can choose the product without legs from the order configuration page. We will provide wall mounting hardware if needed for a small fee. please mention this when confirming your order with our representative.
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam if you have not shopped with us online before.

Before shipping, we have only received a pending pre-authorization request from your financial institution. When we request authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the first item is shipped. Any pending refunds will process when all items have shipped.

Most financial institutions will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or 3-5 business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Reson8imagery.com will not release pre-authorization holds.

Reson8imagery.com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (1”). If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Tables and wall art is packed into a scratch-resistant bag to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated rectangular shipping containers. Items are covered securely and placed with foam inserts that lock the tables in position.
You can estimate your art’s arrival by adding the production time and transit times. We typically build in-stock tables and wall art within 2 weeks.
You can check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your product ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
As our product sizes vary, you will be provided with accurate shipping costs after the order is received.
Reson8 Imagery guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team through or by email.
We combine similar items in one shipment subject to the processing times of all items in the shipment (see processing & delivery times). If an unexpected delay should occur that prevents available items on your order from shipping when expected, you may specifically request that the available items be shipped separately. Yes. To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made.

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total.
